A person of great elegance and sophistication, albeit keeping alive a spontaneous kindness, availability and attention to people. Thanks to that, I was privileged to meet him in person an to feel deeply touched and moved while understanding how passion could make vast and bright the golden aura that seems to flow and surround his person.

Today, Roja Dove Fragrances Collection counts more than 40 Parfum Extraits distributed all over the world, and a personalized collection of Fragrances, known as Bespoke and Semi-Bespoke, some versions in Eau de Parfum concentration and a line of very precious scented candles.
Attentive to every detail, each distinctive element of his collection is produced with the finest materials. Starting from each singular extrait, made with the most precious and rare row materials, to a packaging specifically developed for these gems of perfumery, thanks to hand made bottles on which is shown, in addition to the label, the signature imprinted on the back of each Perfume “A Fragrance By Roja Dove”; the glittering caps are embedded with Swarovsky crystals and a special atomizer allows a vaporization into micro particles of perfume, conferring to each individual splash the effect of a thin cloud on the skin.
Not surprisingly, most of the precious fragrances of Roja Dove collection are made in Extrait. The choice of this specific formulation, represents the maximum concentration in the Fragrance’s formulation. Contrary to what is a common thought, the percentage of alcohol is what makes a perfume stronger and intrusive to those surrounding us. Roja Dove Extraits, are unique because they are based on the highest concentration of essences (about 40%) diluted in alcohol allowing these extraordinary elixirs a roundness and softness on the skin that can be entitled to excellence,  while lasting all day long.
To better explain the concept: in an Extrait formulation, the percentage of pure essence can vary from 20 to a 40%, in 24 hours nearly the 50% of the perfume lingers on the skin. In the Eau de Parfum version, the essence percentage is less than 14% and therefore all the remaining percentage is represented by alcohol components so that, since they are very volatile, by the end of the day only a 20% of the original fragrance will lay on your skin.
Paradoxically, the alcohol concentration just makes your wake more intense, as it is very volatile, but the pure essence of which a Perfume Extrait is made, is the one that embraces your skin and lasts the most without invading the surrounding space.

What above, on its own, could be sufficient to give an idea of how precious Roja Dove’s Perfumes are, but it won’t explain completely why they are unique.

If the olfactory pyramid that we all know, or of which the least-experienced have already heard about, develops on three moments (Top Notes, Heart Notes and Base Notes), the creative genius of Roja Dove has created a unique pyramid that is developed in 5 phases. The construction of the Head notes and of the base notes, in fact, have been split into two steps, allowing to his creations to reveal a larger number of facets, either at the first approach and through the hours.

Under a technical point of view, the development of the head notes and of the base notes of a Perfume, can be represented through a rising curve for the base notes and a downward curve for the (top)head notes (just to represent how, while the head notes in about an hour are strongly nuanced, the base notes enhance in stages).
